​Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all of my Terms of Service. Anything stated here will be followed and I won't hold any responsibilities for it. Further discussions are allowed.

 

MAIN RULES

 

1. There is a chance of me declining a commission due to comfortability with the work or character, please understand that if accepting a commission that I am not confident working on, it will affect my working speed and the quality of the final product.

2. I want to state part of my personal part around here as well in order to be comfortable working with my future clients. My speed can vary at times especially now that I'm a high schooler and my working habit is solely to bring out the best product possible.

3. You are paying mainly for the final product: a high-res file of the digital commission.

​

4. I will not recommend you commissioning me if you can't wait for more than 5 months or you require me to be extremely active on one commission. Please notice that I am working as a student as my main occupation and I am also working on other projects.

5. Serious buyers ONLY.

6. I don't do first come first serve, I work by comfortability -> difficulty -> payment.

PAYMENT

​

1.  I accept Paypal and Ko-fi (Would mainly suggest Ko-fi). All payments will be in USD.

2.  My working time is flexible and the commission can start after we have confirmed the order.

3.  Please do not send me any payment before I have confirmed your commission and discussed the payment method.

5.  Payment plans are available. Please notify me if you need one and we can further discuss. Payment plans should be done in not over 6 months with the minimum deposit of 30$. I recommend having 100% of the payment finished after the sketching phase.

6.  Refunds are allowed if the commission is not started within 3 months or if you have any emergency. I will send the payment back through Paypal.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

​

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example;

•  Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).

• Promote me with it in any place.

 

As a commissioner you may:

• Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).

• Print the art as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.

•  Use it as decoration for your deviantART profile, Facebook avatar, Skype... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.

 

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

• Change, modify, trace, or use my works without my permission.

• Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money from it in any way)

• Take credit for the art.

• Remove my watermarks /signatures.

 

I may ask permission for further usage in the future (like printing in my artbook, using in tutorials, etc.)
